Comfortable, quiet and beautiful villa with a panoramic view to the Velia
The Villa Livia is a vacation home of higher standard, close by the antique site of Velia. It is the answer for all the guests who are interested in a vacation filled with culture, closeness to the ocean, tranquillity and untouched nature. The Villa Livia is enclosed, the big garden holds various greeneries, flowers, palms and pines and you will even find a barbeque and an exterior shower. The apartment is completely separate (with independent entrance) and includes a complete kitchen,3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. Parking and playground are on the premises. You just need to go 900 meters to the lovely beach, less than 1,5 km to shopping, pizzerias, discos, sports (tennis, riding, football). There is a Pavillon (36 m²) in the garden with a glorious panoramic view to the historical ruins of Velia (with medieval tower illuminated by night).
Ascea-Velia is in one of the most appealing holiday resorts in the Cilento National Park (Unesco world heritage site). Totally immersed in a typical Mediterranean atmosphere you'll find lovely sandy beaches and clean water (European Blue Flag for the cleanest sea in 2002). Marina di Ascea is a small town with seaside promenade, cafes, shopping, amphitheatre and ancient ruins (Velia).
